Referral Requirements. Referrals must be prospects that have expressly indicated an interest in obtaining funding. Referrals should only consist of the name, address, and phone number of
the prospect. Referrals should be submitted in writing to Black Swan Lending’s email address, or through the referral page on our website
By participating in the Program, an advocate represents that he or she has his or her referrals prior consent to provide any personal information (name, phone number, email address, etc).
Advocates may not refer themselves under different entity names or through any affiliated entities for the purpose of obtaining referral credit. All referrals must be for independent third parties with no shared ownership or control.
Referral credit will not be granted for any deal or project in which the advocate is directly involved as a participant, co-sponsor, or affiliated party, including but not limited to instances where the advocate is listed as a Loan Sponsor
The referral partner agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Black Swan Lending and its affiliates from any loss, cost, or legal expense arising from fraud, gross negligence, or false/misleading representations. If a referred loan becomes uncollectible due to such actions, the partner agrees to repay the unpaid amount after standard collection efforts
Payment Terms: Borrower will receive payment via Zelle or wire transfer. Alternatively, a discount may be applied to the final loan terms as reflected in the executed term sheet
